My Dell Computer is reading Battery Low, not charging.
It is not a Laptop. It is a 21 inch Monitor only All in One with wireless keyboard, but the unit is plugged in all the time. Computer is one year old. Same thing happened after having it only 2 months. Any suggestions, other than the store needs to send it out for repairs, which takes 2 weeks. Thanks

or:When you first buy a laptop/computer or anything electronic device, the idea is to completely drain the battery when you first get it so it'll take a full charge. And never leave it plugged in all the time because that defeats the purpose of charging it.
