My dad thinks I'm bulimic but I'm not... how do I convince him otherwise???

Hes one of those people who thinks everyone should eat three large meals a day, but I prefer to eat small snacks and meals throughout the day. Im also

He's one of those people who thinks everyone should eat three large meals a day, but I prefer to eat small snacks and meals throughout the day. I'm also rather introverted and he thinks this means I'm depressed (which is very, very false). I may have mentioned the word calorie once and now he thinks I'm obsessed. And to top it all off, apparently I've been "slimming down". This is probably because I'm in my early teens and puberty is changing my body. Any pointers on how to make him see straight?

or:well if you have to go to the dr and tell the dr whats going on then the dr can explain it to him this should help survice the problem he probably needs to hear this through a medical person parents have a tendency to help parents think the right things after they talk to a medical proffessional it will help ease his mind a bit
