My dog has a tumor?

My 11 year old Rottweiler had a pretty big tumor right in the interior side of his cheek for more than 2 months. We got it taken off with a surgery 4

My 11 year old Rottweiler had a pretty big tumor right in the interior side of his cheek for more than 2 months. We got it taken off with a surgery 4 months ago. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get his pathology reports because of the clinic.
He has been pretty well so far, but yesterday I realized that he had 2 new tumors on the exterior of his head. One of the tumors is under his right ear, and the other one is under and behind his left ear. Also his mouth has started to smell really bad and his eyes are red.
What can I do to make my dog live more and heal as much as possible?
