I tapped my tooth with my finger an hour after incident and it doesn't hurt, it never bled, didn't pop/snap/crack, it isn't loose, however it does slightly throb (very slightly!) after tapping it with my finger.
Is this normal after being hit in the tooth?
Will it be ok?

or:It's totally normal, your tooth is just a little loose in its socket. Give it a day or two without touching it and it'll be fine. Don't even worry about it :)
