My dog will not stop licking one spot and is very uncomfortable. What could this be?

My dog is 18 months old and is a mix between a lab and a boxer. She keeps licking one spot on her hip above her left leg but I dont see anything there

My dog is 18 months old and is a mix between a lab and a boxer. She keeps licking one spot on her hip above her left leg but I don't see anything there. She's also constantly whimpering and can't seem to get comfortable for too long.
