My dwarf hamster died, I don't know how to cope?

So, i had two Russian dwarf hamsters, Called Mary and bluey. These are my pride and joy, We cherished many happy memories together. I took him to my birthday meals and we even took showers together. We sunbathed together, we laughed, we cried together.

I was really close to my hamsters, They were my life, my soul. However i went to give mary one of her favourite scrumptious treats which i bought from amazon for £2.99, and i found her with her legs sticking out and her eyes closed. to start with i thought she was asleep and i left her to sleep for a while, i sang her a lullaby to try to help her feel more relaxed and have a better nights sleep, however when i went to wake her, she didn't move. - It broke my heart, I picked her up and put her in her hamster wheel where she loved it, She just lay there. - I tried to spin the wheel but she just fell out. By this point i realized that mary had gone to a better place, she is now in hammy heaven.

I dont know how to cope with this deep loss. Now bluey has no friend, i was going to buy another hamster to help bluey cope because i heard her crying last night. she is really upset about this, I dont know what to do, will the new hamster kill bluey aswell ? - Please help. help i am really confused

or:We'll it all takes us an amount of time to cope with death. I would say don't rush anything, Spend time with your other hamster and get another when your ready. I'm.sorry for your.loss and your hamster is/was lucky to have a parent like you. ;)
