She has been unable to work or take care of herself. She refuses to seek help and has no family to turn to. Im only taking care of her because she has no one else. There is no love left just a sense of responsibility but i camt help someone who doesnt want to help themselves. So how do i go about getting her involuntary commited? She needs help and im tired of being used.

or:First of all, it's very commendable that you would do as much as you already have! It sounds like you've been taking care of of her for an extended time and have made efforts to assimilate her back into society. Secondly, your feelings are completely justified - there is only so much someone can take from you before it becomes a serious problem. If you haven't already done something, then I would recommend a) Asking your GP and then b) Doing some research on involuntary committal laws in your area. You could also choose c) Telling your ex that you're seriously considering committing her if she continues to refuse to get help. Be careful with this though, as it could make her do something drastic or make living with her even more uncomfortable. Good luck :)
