or:i think you might want to leave that alone it hurts but he isn't with you if its that bad for you i would ask them to keep it to their selfs cause its hard on you don't your friend and your ex figure out that this can hurt i would explain it the best you can also did it occur that they might know this would hurt you their not taking that into conscideration
