My friend is not giving my Table tennis bat back inspite of my requesting and calling him many time?

Another thing is that this friend of mine is a patient of OCD obsessive compulsive disorder and he is doing this because he is suffering from it and he does not take any medicines for his disease. So his obsession is to not to give me the table tennis bat. Its not that costly but that bat is mine and I wanted it back in any condition.

or:He must not want to give it back you could talk to his parents you might be able to get it back that way do you have another friend that could get it back for you?You also could talk to your parents and get it back that way you also might wait till his parents back get home and then go to his house and get it back that way.
