My friend of over 4 years doesnt really appreciate me as a friend, I dont know what to do?

Ive been friends with this girl for over 4 years and Ive gone to school with her for all those years. shes been in every single one of my classes and

Ive been friends with this girl for over 4 years and Ive gone to school with her for all those years. shes been in every single one of my classes and we hang out with each other every single recess and lunch and after school. weve stuck by each other for so long but I always feel like a second choice to her. We always organise a sleep over and right at the last minute, she bails! every time!
on instagram, she always posts pictures with her other friends and writes long paragraphs about them, but never for me!
then just yesterday, we finished middle school and we are both moving to a new school together but on instagram she posted a picture of her and her other friend (which she's not in any of our classes and they never hang out together) and the caption of the picture was saying how grateful and thankful she is that she'd stuck by her for 3 years when ive been the one that has helped her through absolutely everything and she has not thanked me once. I feel like she doesn't appreciate me and she doesn't care about me.
she's pretty much my only friend so im afraid to lose her but I feel like I deserve a much better friend! I don't know what to do.

or:there are friends out there to be gotten i would let her go you don't have to be treated like that she isn't coming to you on anything are i would come out and ask her what you have done to be treated so badley and not be appreciated does the other friend hang out with you when she hangs with you it could be a girl thing thats a whole lot different then a guy friendship which it really shouldn't be and its hard to figure out why people do the things they do its crazy i would want some answers
