or:A Pinched nerve. Happened to me once, and to her as well. For me, it was a hot bath, and a really deep HARD massage, to release the pinched nerve. For her it was just a nice smooth massage. Depending on where the nerve it deep or at the surface, but it had to be done. Try and locate where it starts you can usually push up along her head some places will relive the pain when pressed others wont once you find the point go along that point and keep tracing it as far as you can go, Usually withing about 3in around the pressure point, and massage around there. ALso where her head hurts, along the base of the neck right up into the base of the skull massage there as well.... It might take a while but it can help. For one it relaxes the muscles, which she is tensing(I know because I did and it made it worse for myself) which makes the pain worse over all. Advil does work too to help relax a little bit so the massage can work better and release some of the spasms which she is prob having as well.
