or:Tell her how beautiful she is and make her feel comfortable being with you. Honestly, kissing is a very natural thing to do and you can easily feel your partner whether or not she want to kiss you when you guys look at each other. How can you tell if she wants to kiss you? I think the only way to tell is if you try to kiss her first or you ask her (which shouldn't be neccessary to ask because if someone is attracted to you they'll want to kiss you.
