My husband is 26 years old. I am 19. We have been married for 5 months now and have known each other for just over a year. Apparently....his parents never enforced table manners growing up...
I have politely asked SEVERAL times for him to PLEASE chew with his mouth closed and stop slurping his cereal. Anybody else might not be phased by this, but I cannot help but hear every open mouth chew, every slurp. It drives me crazy. I love him so much. He is getting tired of me asking him so much, but I need this to stop. Marriage is about compromise. I have compromised in other areas, so why can't he do it here?

or:Thats a hard one if someone chews with their mouth open they normally have done it for a long time making it hard to stop or they just don't want to kind of a hard habit to break just say could you please try i have compromised in other areas how come you can't see where it goes.
