My knees are paining.It occurs mainly while sittimg down and then getting up.. Pls any guess why?

or:It might be the cartilge rubbing up agianst the bone theres nothing there to stop it .How old are you?Do you have any other medical problems?Was there a time when you remember when it started happening ?Remember it ever being injured?
