My laptop can't access some websites after I came back to Korea?

And I found that something is going wrong with my laptop.
Whenever I try to access some websites, (e.g. www.google.uk, ask.fm, naver.com) it says "This site can’t be reached the website refused to connect". It hasn't gone like this before, so I have no idea how to fix.
I thought there is a problem with the wifi machine at home, but still it didn't work with the other wifi connections.

Please help me ASAP

or:I know if you are in North Korea many websites are blocked. If you are in South Korea I don't know why, there are many reasons why it could be.
