My left ear hurts when I chew, although not lasting long it's just a constant pain while chewing?

or:You could have bit down on something not really notice it till the pain you also could have an infection if none of those occurred I would get an appointment and see if it's something the do needs to evaluate further.

or:You might have TMJ, a disorder of the jaw joint. Get it checked out. I didn't and my jaw dislocated several times. Very painful. I had to have my jaw wired shut for 8 weeks and now I have braces to correct my bite. Get it checked early while treatment is easy.
