My little sister who is 12 and in 13 she had gotten her period before me. Does this mean anything?

or:Every body is different. Your body is obviously not quite ready yet for fertility, but at 13 you are still well and truely in the normal range. Some girls don't get their periods till 16 or 17 years of age. It has nothing to do with embarrassment or \"something is wrong\". Don't be scared, it will probably happen very soon. Also most women would rather NOT have their periods actually, you will find out very soon that it can be a nuisance and may wish it away again. Be happy and enjoy your last few weeks/months of freedom. :-)
