When i stretch my body out a little bit my lower stomach feels really tight and feels like its stretching it feels awful and hurts! Also, i went to the shops today and walked for over 5 minutes straight and started to feel really dizzy and flustered and lightheaded. i am on the pill i don't know if that has anything to do with it but i have never had this problem before. This only started today! i can barely sit straight or my tummy feels awful! what could it be?

or:if I were you I would ring the doctor. just talk to him/her and describe what you have said on here. they will book you in for an appointment if they think its nessacary and they might even know what the problem is. if your not keen on doctors then wait a day or so but if its still there then you must go to the doctors. this is only my advice :)
