or:Sounds like a problem with your start up routine. I doubt it's hardware, more likely to be software issues, certain drivers might not be up to date or you could be missing some. Best advice, take it to a reputable PC shop, preferably one that offers homebuilds as they usually know what they are doing NOT a chain shop, and ask for help. Alternatively if you or your parents work with or know anyone involved with IT then give them a call, maybe ask for a favour.

or:If You PC freezes weird in this case there is a software problem or a hardware problem. Because system instability comes due to both reason. If you scan your PC, after completion of scanning it show any warning message regarding virus then you firstly fix this problem if not then it is possible some Ransomware malware attack your PC and encrypt your software or hardware. If this problem causes due to the driver so you need to reinstall latest driver update or upgrade your software. If your PC freezes due to hardware issues then you can choose the following troubleshooting steps.RAM: To check your RAM is properly working or not you need to download \u201cMemtest86+ ISO\u201d and burn it to a disk. Then boot from the disk and Memory Diagnostic for 8 to 9 passes. After that, you find RAM is causing the problem or not. It shows any error means a problem in RAM or DIMM slot.Hard drive: For Hard Drive, you can visit manufacturers website and run complete diagnostic for checking the stability of the Hard Drive.BIOS: Reset the BIOS to default settings or reset it by removing CMOS for a minute and put it back. Make sure the BIOS firmware is up to datePower Supply: Sometimes you might have a great system with the latest board, processor, GPU, RAM etc.Graphics Card: Sometimes a GPU can cause system instability. Maybe overheating or incorrect clock settings are the main causes. In such cases, there are a lot of stress test software, which you could run to check the stability of your GPU likeFurMark etc.If your problem doesn't resolve then you can contact technical support providers like In2PcFix.com or any other.
