I am 19 years old a virgin and on birth control to regulate my period (great idea huh?:p). 4 weeks ago I started my period (about a week early) and it lasted 2 weeks! After a week it started again, it's been almost a week and I'm still on my period. Is this normal or should I be concerned? What could be possible causes of this? I don't go to the doctors often is this something I should be going to the doctors for?

or:i think so because dr can figure out whats going on birthcontrol can cause this to happen but with whats going on i would find out from the dr whats occuring and stress can also cause it to but i would go to the dr
