or:Call Your Customer Care.. They might give you a code number to fix it...

or:I actually did that myself and It gave me so many tries to get in. of course being the young stupid person I was at the time I used them all up in about 2 min. All I had to do was contact tracfone and tell them I needed a new one and it was shipped to me for free in about 2-3 days.
