My speakers and microphone are not working.?
My speakers and microphone are not working although they are properly connected and the driver is also properly installed. What should I do? The computer is showing speaker and microphone connected.

or:Check the volume on the headset/mic/speakers itself, as this can be different than what the PC is set to and will not show on the PC.Check the volume on the PC and ensure that you have the correct items set as default (right click on the speaker icon, and select play back devices, then recording after you verify the playback)Check the volume settings on the program(s) you are attempting to use. If nothing works still, try using a different pair of speakers to verify its not the drivers, otherwise reinstall.
