My teacher caught me riding my skateboard on campus and took it for the weekend. Is this larceny?

She said that she had "clearly" told me not to ride it on campus. I did not understand her because it was confusing. Throughout the year, she has also been very rude to me and other students and is TERRIBLE at teaching. Should I report this?

or:I would look at your school policy. I don't see how the teacher had the right to take it for the whole weekend. If it were that much of an issue she should of taken it to the principals office. If not she should of called your parents and returned it to them. I would discuss the issue with your parents and if it really bothers you talk to your principal, but be repectful about it.
