My wife in AIT and is being harassed and mistreated by 1st Sergeant?
My wife was put on profile because her hip was injuried. Her profile says she can not preform PT and her doctor recommended a discharge. Her 1st Serge
My wife was put on profile because her hip was injuried. Her profile says she can not preform PT and her doctor recommended a discharge. Her 1st Sergeant continued to make her PT causing more issues and is refusing to let her chapter out. Now because of her inability to keep up he has her being held over until a new class arrives to restart AIT. They also won't let her speak to any higher ups and harass her at each chance. What options are there for either of us to get this straightened out?

or:She will have to go to a person who is higher rank and talk to them file a complaint against the 1st sergeant without that officer knowing what she is doing if not they will get her at every cross road myself I would file for a discharge I would also get a attorney to help she might have to sue to get results let somebody know what their doing before she reinjures her self they can be held liable.
