My wrist is hurting when I move it sideways after I fell in soccer??? What do I do?? Is it normal?

I do not think it could be anything to serious but pain shoots up my arm to my elbow when I move and twist it. or:I do not think it could be anything

or:It sounds like a twist or a sprain. If you're having trouble wiggling your fingers or the pain is severe, I'd get an X-ray as soon as possible. Having said that, I had a severe break of the arm so it look like my hand was hanging loose and at no point did I feel any pain.
