My Name in my Educational documents, Aadhar Card, Ration Card etc is Kiran G R, and the same on my Passport is Kiran Govanpalli Rakesh. Will this cause any issues when I apply for U.S visa??

I was advised that the Passport will have my name expanded and cannot use initials. Please advise.
