Need a PC that can run h1z1 and League of Legends?

As of now i am using a laptop for all of my gaming and i've finally come to an ending point where i am decided on getting a PC. Now problem is, i know very little about PC's and computer specs and what-not. So PLEASE if anyone could give me some dumb'd down advice as to what PC i should get for a reasonable price (500$)ish. That CAN run H1Z1 and League of Legends without any problems, it would be GREATLY appreciated. P.s. i am aware it would be easiest/cost efficient to build one but as i stated before i am not very tech savy. So i am looking for something that will not need to be tweaked much right out of the box.
