Newly adopted puppy won't eat?
I adopted a 5 month old puppy from a woman who no longer wanted him simply because he was no longer very young. She completely spoiled him with table
I adopted a 5 month old puppy from a woman who no longer wanted him simply because he was no longer very young. She completely spoiled him with table food and snacks/treats. I bought him a good dog food and tons of toys. I tried feeding him plain dry food, he wouldn't eat it. A friend recommended PetFresh, he wouldn't eat it. I even tried a small can of wet food. He still wouldn't touch it but the minute I eat chicken or steak, he is on me like white on rice. It has been almost 4 days and he still hasn't eaten anything. What can I do to get him to eat? I'm growing nervous because he is still young.

or:Go to the vet and if that does not work just ask the person who you adopted from what he fed him.
