Ok, so I was crossing an intersection after stopping at a stop sign, and I was going straight and?

this truck starts turning left,this is right after crossing,and stops in the middle of the road and I crash into them. So if I tried to sue would I be

or:If they were in the intersection, and you hit them, you are at fault because of the stopsign. Now if they were at a stopsign and then turned, then they are at fault. Plus they should not be stopping in the middle of the road.
