Its my bffs birthday day party tomorrow, and Im going ,and its a swimming party, but im on my period,what do I do :(? i dont want to spoil the party

or:you need to use a tampon they are specically used for swimming they would do what a pad would not do are alot more useful when it comes to allowing more movement give it a try

or:Use a tampon. They are a lot better then pads for swimming because they block leaking if you have your period while swimming when pads do not. If you don't have tampons borrow some from a friend who is also on their period or buy them at a super store or drug store.
