I have an idea for a painting and I'm looking for a paint visible only with lights off. Something like fluorescent or phosphorescent paint, but it has to be completely invisible when it's not dark and I'm not sure if phosphorescent one will be like this. It can work on white or black paper - doesn't matter.

or:You could buy some glow in the Dark paint which should do, but then you'd have to apply a very thin layer if you'd not want it to be seen at day... If you would apply a think layer you'd might get a slight greenish tint to it.. Maybe you could use a black light if you paint a thin layer? But then you'd have to keep it on..A Suggestion..
