I always feel paranoid people are talking about me.. Maybe something i've done when I've literally never done anything, I always feel like theres naked pictures of me out there when I know for a fact Ive never took any naked photos or sent any to someone. I don't know why I think this, its crazy. Ive never done ANYTHING like that but I'm still paranoid that there is. And I have no good reason to why I think there is... Is this common paranoia obsessive thinking ? Thank you

or:About feeling like people are always talking about you, that sounds like anxiety. I feel that way too, especially when I'm around a lot of people. I would talk to a therapist or a doctor to get a diagnosis. I know anxiety medicine helps calm me down but it could be something else.
