Paranormal - Is it possible, a ghost can infect a dream and show you things?

I had a dream while visiting a relative, about a teenage boy, Morning his younger brother. I saw through the young ghosts eyes. It went black. I then saw the teenage boy on a golf cart, me next to him. He drove down a small gravel trail, stopping to see the younger brother reading on a log. The teen calls out to him. I forgot to mention that the dream was completely silent. the young boy turn and meets my eyes, not his brother's. His jaw drops, far lower than a normal human's, and i hear a blood curdling shriek and the sound of a blade piercing skin and muscle. I woke up after that. night after night, for weeks now, I've had similar dreams about the boys. Always ending the same, With a piercing shriek and the sound of someone being stabbed. it is a coincidence or..... Is the young boy trying to communicate

or:Dreams can be a reflection of your waking hours but myself being a believer in paranormal actvity this could be a manifestation of what actually happened to the boy. Do you have anything wierd happening around the house? objects moving? anything out of the ordinary? If you do you shouldnt be afraid because it sounds like this ghost is actually trying to get help from you. Is there any kind of gravel trail around your relatives house? Some people who have had these dreams may be considered psychic and you may just solve a decade old crime if you investigate. Listen and analyze your dream and also follow any feelings you have while in the dream.

or:I personally believe that a ghost, if strong enough can infect dreams but generally they wouldn\u2019t be infecting it just trying to show a sign. It depends on how old you are, for example younger children who are still open to possibilities are able to be reached by ghosts, but adults who have put a concrete wall around such things as ghost may exist aren\u2019t as open (unless you know any of the people in the dream and you happen to be an adult). I recall you saying that the boy was a young boy and he looks at you he may be trying to reach out to you to help him.
