I am planning on buying a laptop before eighth grade begins. I am mainly going to use it for school work and projects. When I am not doing work, I will mostly likely be playing games or surfing the Internet. I would preferably like a laptop that is fast and has a long life span. The price does not matter as long as it is not overly expensive.
I have done one of those PC or Mac quizzes but I get mixed results every time it seems. So should I buy a PC or Mac?

or:PC. I have a family PC and it's been around for 14 years now. They are ussally very fast!

or:If you wish to be a computer enthusiast, go with a PC. With some know how, you can upgrade and customize your PC to suit any your needs with gaming or pricing. That being said, they also require much more maintenance. If you don't wish to be bothered by maintenance and you have the money, go with a Mac. It will last you many years and will cause you very little problems. For PC laptops, I'd recommend Lenovo ideapad. For mac, go with a regular MacBook unless you want to do some serious gaming in which case go for the pro.
