Period Problems please help!?

I'm 14 and have just started getting my period. But see when I sleep over night I wake up in a pool of blood. ( even though I wear a super over night pad) . It would happen during the day i think but I change my pad every 2 hours. I've tried using more than one pad but it doesn't make a difference. Tampons aren't for me anyways. What can I use/ do to stop waking up to such a mess? Please help !

or:Hmm you may want to put something under u when u sleep like a towel or something, and don't worry too much cuz it just has started with u, after some time ur body will get used periods, if not u may want to visit the doc if u think too much blood comes out. Hope that helped.
