Peroxide won't lighten my hair?
I have dark blond hair, it s fairly light already, but I wanted to lighten it a little more with 3% peroxide, water, and baking soda.... it didn t wor
I have dark blond hair, it s fairly light already, but I wanted to lighten it a little more with 3% peroxide, water, and baking soda.... it didn t work! I was very surprised seeing as my hair wasn t too dark already.... I haven t coloured it in at least 2.5 years, I permed it earlier this year but still a fairly long time ago... is there any particular reason why this method wouldn t have worked? (I checked it at 30 min to see no result so I left it in longer (around 60+ min) and still it only dried out my hair).
