(Inspiration) Constructive or Abstract: Constructive people tend to improve things, while abstract people like to create them. Constructive people love problem-solving and being analytical. On the other hand, abstract people like to think out-side-of-the-box and be unique in their work.
(Motivation) Objective vs Subjective: Objective people are very organized and always have a plan. Subjective people tend to be more “go with the flow” and are more adaptable. Objective people are goal oriented and do not like change. Subjective people focus more on the path to the goal than the goal itself. Objective people tend to be a little more efficient…
(Stimulation) Diverse vs Exhaustive: Diverse people’s brains are like a giant filing cabinet. They crave constant stimulation and learn material very quickly. Exhaustive people’s brain is like a big puzzle. They take one piece of information at a time and take time to find a place for it. It tends to take a little bit longer to learn new material, but then they have a better understanding of it. Diverse people like to be well rounded, while exhaustive people would want to be specialized.
