or:Sometimes you have to have theses boundaries to get something from it could be that you don't want to go to the bar cause you know you have weaknesses when it comes to that another is you might want to stay in school and you're working at getting the career goals set. You know if you go to the bar you'll have too many and you will end up staying home cause you don't feel good another would be if you go to school and you have a job you don't want to end up not going to either one cause you are hung over.
