Please help me chose between these two universities for medicine in Belarus and Georgia?
I want to study medicine . In terms of our family budget plus family concerns taken into account, I have a choice between these two universities : 1-

In terms of our family budget plus family concerns taken into account, I have a choice between these two universities : 1- BELARUSIAN STATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY in Minsk, Belarus & TBILISI STATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY in Tbilisi, Georgia. The university in Georgia is a bit more expensive compared to the one in Minsk, however the medical university in Minsk is in a better rank overall. Both the universities are recognized internationally . While living in Belarus, I will be having the opportunity to master my Russian. However, I will be living there all alone, in a university hostel away from my relatives. I have never lived alone yet and plus the location is too far from where I reside, Dubai, U.A.E. I have a cousin who studies in Georgia and with whom I can stay in an apartment, plus it is more close to where I stay . Please help me chose between the two. Thanks in advance!
