Please Help me I'm Extremely worried :,( (Toe Problem)?

( Im a 14 teen Female I Dont Have Nail Fungus I Dont Have ingrown Toenails.) Both my Hullux (Big toes) Are normal and both my pinky toes are normal. o

Both my Hullux (Big toes) Are normal and both my pinky toes are normal. on my left foot my ring toe is normal also but the the rest of the toes are cricket and the nails grows upwards like up the sky up and it Seems Like The Nail Beds And Nail Plates are Deep Under the skin Like sunken in into the skin like i cant see the nail plate I Have To Actually Bend My Toes Kinda Backwards To See The Nail Bed Fully And The nail beds are short and deep down under the skin its like the nail beds isn't up properly its sunken down kinda all i can see is the nail tip that sticks up. now on my right foot the toes are cricket and the 3rd toe the tip of the toe slants downwards and my ring toe toenail grows upward the the nail plate is very tiny and short. ( both my big toe's and pinky toes are normal). do anyone one no whats wrong with my toes and toenails ANYone i want to get surgery on them but im scared they cant fix my toe nails while the straighten my toes or im scared nothing can fix my toenails i do not wanna live with this it hurts me to much to no if i have to live with this i have been very depressed about and crying about it. my mom tells me everything's gonna be ok and dont worry they probably can fix them but i still worry. im still depressed about it and still crying about it i wanna go swimming and wear sandals im afraid no one will ever like me if they saw my toes can a surgery fix my toes or any doctor PLEASSSE HELP?? and what can they do to help??????

or:Only a doctor specializing in this can tell you what is possible and what is not. Go see a doctor, I am sure he will be able to help - they can do amazing things nowadays!
