I bought a pay power visa card from the store and when I try to activate the card it said, "Unfortunately we are not able to qualify you for a PayPower Card. The Canadian government mandates that we verify all individuals against public records. Please do not contact Customer Service as live agents will not be able to assist you with registration or be able to explain why your registration was unsuccessful.
