My mother passed away in 2014 she didn t have a will and everything went to probate at the end of the probate the judge gave documentation stating that my mother s estate is to be divided equally between me and my sister she is my only sibling my mother also put my sister s name on the deed to my mother s home so I guess that leaves me 25% of her house. My sister left the house in 2016 and let it go into foreclosure I ended up moving back into the house but then I rented it out and moved to a different place my sister found out in six months after she found out she gave my tenant an eviction notice the eviction went through so my tenant has to be out in 20 days I asked the judge at the eviction court date but I have things in the garage that belongs to me after my tenant 20 days is up can I go into the garage and get my stuff he said no so I went to get my stuff the other day and the Tenant won t give my stuff to me the cops were called and they said because my sister is on the deed I can t get my stuff out of the garage can someone please tell me what to do.
