Problem - I need help with concert tickets?

I want to go to the BTS WING TOUR 2017 but im frustrated cause I had bought two visa gift card one with $500 & a second with $50 but TICKETMASTER sa

I want to go to the BTS WING TOUR 2017 but im frustrated cause I had bought two visa gift card one with $500 & a second with $50 but TICKETMASTER says I can't pay with two cards any suggestions on how I fix this. I'm not sure how ticketmaster egift card work but you think I could use the $50 one and buy a egift card I be able to add it when I buy the tickets? I'm not good at explaining this I hope this makes sense this is also my first concert so idk much about these things. The tickets go on sell dec 14 (in just 2 days any ideas how I can make this work I appreciate it thanks.)
