I don't know if it's because he's this perfect, or if he annoys me, or something, but I just can't see myself being with him. I do love him to death, and want the best for him, but sometimes I just feel like we aren't meant to be together. On the other hand, when I'm with him I feel secure and lucky that I have this guy other girls are searching for. Whenever I try to talk to him about how I feel, he gets really upset and freaks out. Once, he had to go to the hospital and almost got put on special medication because he was depressed. I don't know what to do about it! He really is perfect to me, but I don't know.. something is just off between us. Pleeeeeease help!

or:Well it is probably because he treats you so good. People want what they can't have my ex use to treat me amazingly and I had not intention of commiting to him but about 9 months into the relationship he became more distant and I found myself chasing him. Trust me you will miss this in the future when he stops caring I know its hard to think about it now but that is what it is. There is no chase in the relationship so it's boring. Just take time to think about how much it would hurt you to lose him or for him to reject you. The reason he is on those meds might because he can sense the insecurity you have about being with him. This might hurt him.
