Pulled over and the cop wasn't supposed to start his shift?
My little brother was just pulled over for a speeding ticket, we have an 1984 el camino so the speedometer must be somewhat off, but anyways my brothe
My little brother was just pulled over for a speeding ticket, we have an 1984 el camino so the speedometer must be somewhat off, but anyways my brother is 17 so my mother called the police station to speak with the officer, someone at the police station stated that his shift wasn't supposed to start for about an hour and a half from the time he was ticketed, they also stated that he was still in his apprenticeship, was it legal for him to do that and can it be fought.
