i m sandeep gautam , i m in j-1 exchange visitor visa which will be expired on september 14. i want to ask can i still apply for change of status to f-1 , i got admission in university and have i-20 and other documents too. if yes how can i pay the fee of i-539 form, is it possible to pay online or what other methods should i take.
