I just got a new job. At a store mim wage
The hiring manger told me I was going to get a lot of hours but that didn't end
happening. When I got hired it took about almost 3 weeks to start, even though I worked for this company before and I knew my way around. The weird part is that the women in my company (I am women myself) are very mean to me for no reason. I do my job like everyone else(but better because I am actually friendly to the customers) the women mangers and women employees seem to have a disliking to me for no reason and the women manger complains to my boss about me asking to use the bathroom because sometimes we have to ask (I have a medical condition and they know) then the female manger do not like me ever going on break, we all are schedule for a break at a certain time, a few times my break came up which was at 2pm, I asked if I could go on it and the female manger said no even though i am schedule to go on my break by hiring manger which is a male, wasn't there that day. I didn't go on my break until my shift was over, the machine told me (error you must take your 10 min break) the cooperate is very uptight about employees taking their break at the last store I worked at (same company) the district manger came in and was very upset that the employees weren't taking their breaks when they were suppose to be taking their breaks.I feel as if the female mangers are trying make the HR go against me & my hours are being cut,I have 8 hours
