Rabbit with fleas but has cuts from rabbit fights will it hurt him?

i have alot of rabbits, most of them live outside but one lives inside the house. we let him run outside but the other males get out of their cages an

i have alot of rabbits, most of them live outside but one lives inside the house. we let him run outside but the other males get out of their cages and hes smaller so he gets hurt sometimes... he has fleas and i looked up the apple cider vinegar flea stuff and made it but only put it on his ears. i didnt want to put it all over cause i thought it might hurt his cuts ( this is what im here for) will it hurt the cuts or am i alright to spray him all over?

or:if you made it and it doesn't have any harsh chemicals in it and nothing that would hurt him more natural so to speak is there any thing in the spray you made that would be something to worry about it may be okay mabe see if you can use something like hydrogen peroxide and spray that on it will clean the cuts out then see if you can use some of the cider vinegar to see how that works

or:Remember vinegar is an acid..would you want acid on an open wound?...try instead ..dawn dish soap..the blue kind...from the neck down , do not water it down..gently massage it into the fir for 3-5 mins..then rinse real good...it's amazing!!!!
