Raise my grade in PE?

I got an 89 for my final grade in high school PE. The semester ended three days ago. What can I do to convince my teacher to raise the grade, and

I got an 89 for my final grade in high school PE. The semester ended three days ago. What can I do to convince my teacher to raise the grade, and how much time- if any- do I have left to do this? My dad is giving me a really hard time so please help me.

I rarely improved on my miles, wore my PE clothes every day, was never absent, participation grades were usually 93%.

or:Tell him you have to show him something and run around the track or do something you didn't do as good on. Even when you think you can't do anymore push yourselves harder!
