Rash on face!?

So yesterday morning about 8am I shaved my face all was good all day but the next day at 4am i woke up with a very itchy face. went to the mirror and

So yesterday morning about 8am I shaved my face all was good all day but the next day at 4am i woke up with a very itchy face. went to the mirror and my face is covered with a bloody rash. its not raised but i can see spots of blood and it is red all over does anyone know what this could be? thanks in advance.
